How can users decline the installation of cookies using browser settings?
Most browsers by default accept cookies to ensure users' convenience and correct display of site content.
A user who does not want cookies to be installed on their telecommunications device can decline the installation of cookies as follows:
- In Internet Explorer: Select "Tools/Internet Options" from the main menu, then in the "Privacy" section, select "Advanced" and disable cookies.
- In Mozilla Firefox: Select "Tools" from the menu, then "Options" and set the privacy level in the "Privacy" section.
- In Opera: Select "Tools" from the menu, then "Preferences," choose "Advanced," and then "Cookies."
- In Google Chrome: Select "Options" from the menu on the right side, then "Advanced" and "Cookie Settings."
The above browser types are provided as examples. Due to the diversity of browsers used by users, there may be some differences in the method of setting them to prevent the installation of cookies. Usually, information regarding cookies can be found in the "Tools" or "Options" menu. More detailed information can often be found on the manufacturer's website of the respective browser.
